  • International: 10–20 business days.
    Note: Processing takes 3–5 days before shipment.

Q: What if my package is lost/damaged?
A: Email us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund (case-by-case basis).

A: Email us first for approval. Returns without authorization may be rejected.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Bank processing may take longer.
